Du unterstützt unsere Projektleiter im Tagesgeschäft bei internen und Kundenprojekten. Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Projektdokumentationen mit. Du übernimmst bei Bedarf die Kommunikation mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten. Du unterstützt beim Reporting und bei der Auswertung von Projektdaten. Du übernimmst weitere Assistenztätigkeiten (z.B. Terminorganisation, Protokollführung) und administrative Aufgaben bei Bedarf.
Du bist eingeschriebener Studentin (*gn), idealerweise mit erster Büroerfahrung. Du hast erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängiger Bürosoftware (MS Office, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint). Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus. Du hast Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Menschen und bist stets neugierig. Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hast Spaß daran, Dich in komplexe Zusammenhänge hineinzudenken. Du möchtest uns min. 15 Stunden/wöchentlich unterstützen. Du packst lieber vor Ort an? Perfekt – wir arbeiten gemeinsam im Büro in Hannover.
