Als Werkstudent:in im Foodservice unserer Robotic Kitchen Operations sorgst du dafür, dass unser autonomer Kochroboter vor Ort bei unserem Kunden in Heikendorf (bei Kiel) reibungslos läuft. Du bedienst und überwachst das System im laufenden Betrieb, bereitest frische Zutaten vor, behältst die Kochprozesse im Blick – und bist gleichzeitig herzliche:r Gastgeber:in für unsere Gäste.
Diese Aufgaben übernimmst du:
Roboter-Betrieb: Du bedienst und überwachst unseren Kochroboter im laufenden Betrieb – vor Ort bei unserem Kunden in Heikendorf (bei Kiel). Mise en Place: Du bereitest Zutaten frisch vor und befüllst damit den Roboter. Qualitätsüberwachung: Du behältst jeden Kochschritt im Blick und sorgst für konstante Qualität und korrekte Portionen. Gästebetreuung: Du begrüßt unsere Gäste herzlich, beantwortest ihre Fragen und unterstützt sie im Umgang mit unserem Roboter. Sauberkeit & Hygiene: Du hältst die Station rund um den Roboter sauber, prüfst das System täglich und sorgst für einwandfreie Hygiene nach HACCP-Standard.
