What You Can Expect
Learning Program Administration & Delivery
- Support learning needs assessments, including execution, analysis, and annual training planning activities.
- Coordinate and support the development, deployment, and administration of learning and development programs, inclusive of Zoom sessions, webinars, and virtual learning experiences.
- Ensure seamless execution of learning programs and events by partnering with Learning & Development teams across Americas, EMEA, India and APAC. This includes: In-person and virtual event planning and preparations
- Instructor coordination and communications
- IT and Facilities coordination to ensure classroom and technology readiness
- Program participation, feedback and analysis
Learning Systems Administration & Reporting
- Ensure all learning and development activities are appropriately configured in Docebo, including learner registration, enrollments, and course assignments.
- Monitor and maintain accurate learner records, completion tracking, and learning path participation within Docebo.
- Design, run, and analyze on-demand reports within Docebo to support reporting needs and learning analytics.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
- Track and analyze learner feedback through post-program surveys to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Participate in ISO-9001 audits and support compliance-related learning activities and documentation.
- Identify, support and implement ongoing enhancements to learning operations, processes, and learner experiences.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Manage contract creation, purchase orders, and invoicing processes related to learning programs and vendors.
- Review and edit Global Learning & Development communications and materials to ensure branding, consistency, and accuracy, including: Program and project communications
- PowerPoint presentations
- Training materials for instructor-led and online learning experiences
- Support ad hoc Learning & Development initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications & Experience
We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and capabilities:
- Experience supporting global corporate functions, including HR Business Partners, Learning & Development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in Learning & Development administration or operations.
- Experience in facilitation and training delivery.
- Experience with AI, automation and process optimization with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Exceptional planning, organization, and project coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering timely, high-quality results.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach.
- Flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Experience supporting virtual learning delivery and learner engagement preferred.
Education & Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong English and Vietnamese language proficiency, both verbal and written.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot and reporting tools.
- Expertise in Zoom or other virtual learning technologies and webinar production.
- Experience with Docebo, SAP, or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with LMS administration, learner enrollments, reporting, learning paths, and virtual learning integrations preferred.
- Familiarity with common eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia preferred.
