Als IT-Consultant oder Business Analyst bildest Du die Brücke zwischen Fachbereich und IT. Du analysierst Prozesse, erarbeitest gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden Anforderungen und begleitest deren Realisierung von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen technischen Umsetzung.
Deine Herausforderungen
- Du berätst, gestaltest und führst eigenständig klassische & agile IT-Projekte unserer Kunden – von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
- Aufnahme, Analyse und Management von Anforderungen gehören zu deinen Kernaufgaben, ebenso wie die Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und der Entwicklung
- Du unterstützt aktiv die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systeme und -Prozesse
- Du pflegst eine partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit & offene Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
Das bringst Du mit
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Leitung von IT-Projekten, idealerweise in den Branchen Banken & Versicherungen
- Methodische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Business-Analyse
- Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung, Programmierung und Datenbanken
- Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit zur empathischen Kommunikation
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
