We are looking for a motivated Working Student IT Administration to join our IT Administration team. This is a great opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in corporate IT alongside your studies, in a hybrid role that offers flexibility and real responsibility from day one.
Supports the IT Administration team in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of internal
IT systems, hardware and workplace technology Assists with employee IT support by helping with hardware setup, software installation, user account management and basic troubleshooting Supports onboarding and offboarding activities by preparing devices, managing access requests and maintaining IT equipment Helps maintain IT inventory, hardware documentation, software licenses and internal records Assists with basic system administration tasks, device management, and office IT infrastructure under the guidance of the IT Administration Team Lead Contributes to improving IT documentation, knowledge base articles and internal processes Works closely with colleagues across the company to provide friendly and reliable IT support while gaining practical experience in corporate IT administration
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Information technology, Business Informatics or a related field Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networks and common workplace software Interest in IT support, systems administration and learning about enterprise IT environments Hands-on, reliable and eager to solve technical problems and support colleagues Structured way of working with good organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset Fluent in English; German is a plus
