We're looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our SLED/HigherEd team. Reporting to the RVP of SLED, you will:

• Lead a US Higher Education team to maximum potential.
• You will help coach and increase sales excellence within the HigherEd team.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field
• 5+ years of Higher Education Leadership experience in software/SaaS
• Experience building successful sales teams
• You will have a sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment and resource allocation
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Well networked to attract top-performing professionals into the selling organization
• Experience with SaaS business models with enterprise security experience
• You will be a change-agent in the organization; lead processes that scale

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$168,000 — $240,000 USD
