Job Description

The Role: Lead, Technology Execution Reporting

The Associate Director, Lead – IT Project Management is a high impact role operating at the C suite interface within Enterprise Solutions Technology. This individual serves as a trusted execution and thought partner and reports directly to the Head of Business Management, owning how the organization’s strategy, execution, risks, and outcomes are communicated to senior enterprise leadership.

This role is deeply hands on and accountable for the quality, clarity, and narrative strength of executive level materials. The individual will translate complex technology and operational topics into crisp, decision ready storytelling that enables leadership alignment and action. This is not a coordination or PMO role—it is a content owning, judgment heavy role with significant visibility and influence.

Core Responsibilities

Executive Reporting & Storytelling

  • Own the end‑to‑end development of executive business reviews, Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews (QBRs/MBRs), leadership decks, strategy memos, and executive updates.
  • Synthesize inputs across technology, delivery, finance, risk, and operations into clear, outcome‑oriented narratives for senior leaders.
  • Ensure all executive materials are concise, structured, and decision‑focused, aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Consolidate delivery updates from segment project managers into clear executive views of progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.

Executive Communications & Leadership Messaging

  • Draft and refine CIO/CTO/Business communications, including organizational updates, transformation narratives, and strategic messaging.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to shape messaging, tone, and sequencing for high‑stakes communications.
  • Set and maintain quality standards for executive‑facing content across Enterprise Solutions Technology.

Town Halls & Executive Forums

  • Lead end‑to‑end planning and content ownership for town halls, leadership at all‑hands, and executive forums.
  • Develop agendas, storylines, scripts, and presentation materials that reinforce strategy, progress, and priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on narrative flow, audience framing, and message clarity.

COO Partnership & Executive Engagement

  • Operate as a thought partner to the COO, proactively shaping how key initiatives and issues are positioned.
  • Engage daily with C‑suite and senior technology leaders, demonstrating executive presence, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Challenge inputs when needed to drive clarity, focus, and quality.

Required Experience & Skill Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in executive communications, business management, strategy, or COO‑office–type roles, ideally within large technology organizations.
  • Exceptional executive writing, synthesis, and technical communication skills with a strong track record of C‑suite engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex, multi‑threaded technical initiatives into clear business and risk narratives.
  • Proven experience creating executive‑grade presentations and written materials with minimal oversight.
  • High judgment, confidentiality, and comfort operating in high‑visibility, high‑pressure environments.
  • Experience working with project managers or delivery leads to synthesize project status, RAID inputs, milestones, and cross-segment dependencies into leadership-ready reporting.

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

  • Senior leaders rely on this role as a trusted partner for executive storytelling and communications.
  • Executive business reviews and forums are sharp, focused, and action‑oriented, with clear outcomes.
  • Town halls and leadership communications consistently reinforce strategy and confidence.
  • Delivery updates across segments are consistently consolidated into clear, action-oriented executive reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master's in management, Communications, or a Technology‑related discipline strongly preferred.
  • Executive Communication Expertise: Proven experience producing C‑suite–grade executive content—business reviews (QBRs/MBRs), strategy decks, leadership memos, and formal communications.
  • Technical & Business Acumen: Ability to understand complex technology, delivery, and operating topics, including project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones, and translate them into clear business, execution, risk, and outcome narratives.
  • Language & Tools: Exceptional written and spoken English; advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Word with a strong eye for structure, narrative flow, and executive presentation quality.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Executive Presence & Judgment: Comfortable engaging daily with senior leaders; demonstrates discretion, confidence, and sound judgment in high‑stakes environments.
  • Structured Thinking & Synthesis: Quickly distils large, ambiguous inputs into sharp, decision‑ready narratives.
  • Ownership & Bias for Action: Takes full accountability for quality and outcomes; operates independently with minimal supervision.

Influence Without Authority: Effectively partners with senior stakeholders and challenges inputs constructively to improve clarity and impact
