Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and creative Frontend Developer with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX implementation, Next.js, WordPress, Tailwind CSS, modern CSS, web animations, and 3D web experiences .
You will be responsible for transforming design concepts and Figma files into pixel-perfect, responsive, high-performance websites , while ensuring excellent usability, visual quality, and cross-browser compatibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert Figma/UI designs into pixel-perfect, responsive frontend websites .
- Develop modern, scalable, and reusable frontend components using Next.js and React.js .
- Build responsive interfaces using Tailwind CSS, CSS3, HTML5, and modern frontend practices .
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure accurate implementation of design systems, layouts, typography, colors, spacing, and interactions.
- Create smooth and engaging web animations and micro-interactions .
- Develop visually impressive 3D objects and interactive 3D web experiences .
- Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO.
- Develop and customize websites using WordPress , including theme customization and frontend integration.
- Ensure websites work consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices .
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-structured code.
- Identify and resolve UI, layout, performance, and browser compatibility issues.
- Conduct testing and debugging across different browsers and devices.
- Work closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver projects on time.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development, UI/UX, animation, and 3D web development .
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in frontend/web development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design .
- Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js .
- Strong expertise in Tailwind CSS and modern CSS techniques.
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and design implementation.
- Proven ability to convert Figma designs into production-ready websites .
- Experience with web animations and interactive interfaces .
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in 3D object creation and 3D web experiences .
- Strong experience with WordPress frontend development and customization.
- Understanding of REST APIs and frontend/backend integration .
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually polished websites.
- Good understanding of website performance optimization and responsive design.
Good to Have
- Experience with Three.js, WebGL, GSAP, Framer Motion , or similar animation/3D technologies.
- Experience working with 3D models, lighting, materials, textures, and interactive 3D elements .
- Experience with WordPress page builders, custom themes, or headless WordPress.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Core Web Vitals .
- Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG.
