Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily F&A operations (AP, AR, GL, Reconciliation, Month-end close)
- 5–8+ years of F&A experience with 1–3 years in team handling
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence (TAT, accuracy, productivity)
- Review transactions, reconciliations, and financial reports for accuracy & compliance
- Drive timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of analysts/executives
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and skill development
- Manage workload allocation and resource planning
- Act as primary point of contact for clients/business stakeholders
- Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct regular governance calls and present performance metrics
- Identify automation/efficiency opportunities (RPA, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance (SOX, audit readiness)
- Standardizing SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Track and publish MIS dashboards (KPIs, SLAs, productivity)
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making
