Key Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and support business intelligence solutions, dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions. Develop and maintain SQL queries, data extracts, data models, and analytical datasets to support operational and strategic reporting needs. Support the design, development, and optimization of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines using Databricks and other enterprise data platforms. Analyze and interpret business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for operational improvement. Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, and root cause analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Create and maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, process guides, business rules, and reusable analytical assets. Partner with Data Engineering, IT, Finance, Service Operations, Supply Chain, and Business teams to support analytics initiatives. Develop ad-hoc analyses, dashboards, and reports to support management decision-making. Support KPI reporting, metric standardization, and enterprise data governance initiatives. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployments, release validation, and ongoing support activities. Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency. Research and resolve reporting issues, data discrepancies, and business data challenges. Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and modern analytics technologies to improve productivity and business insights. Provide training and guidance to business users on self-service analytics and reporting tools. Functional Knowledge Demonstrates strong knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, and Data Management concepts. Applies established analytical methods, reporting techniques, and data modeling practices to solve business problems. Possesses working knowledge of enterprise reporting platforms, data warehouses, and modern analytics tools. Continuously develops expertise in emerging analytics technologies and industry best practices. Business Expertise Understands business processes and reporting requirements within supported functional areas. Translates business requirements into practical analytical and reporting solutions. Supports business decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations. Contributes to the improvement of reporting processes, data quality, and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field. 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Data Engineering. Strong SQL development and data analysis skills. Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau. Experience working with enterprise data platforms and large datasets. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
