Key Responsibilities

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to convert insights into actionable plans; hands-on experience analyzing supply chain metrics (lead time, cost, capacity, supplier performance) Structured problem-solving skills with ability to manage ambiguity and complex operational scenarios; applies root cause analysis and data-driven approaches to resolve real-time supply chain issues Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and suppliers; ability to influence without authority Experience in risk identification, dependency management, and mitigation planning across multi-project or supplier-driven environments Hands-on experience driving process improvements in supply chain operations, including lead time reduction, cycle time improvement, and workflow optimization (Lean / Six Sigma or VSM preferred) Proficiency in tools such as Excel (advanced for analysis & modeling), project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet), and ERP systems (SAP preferred); ability to independently build trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools Strong business acumen with understanding of cost drivers, inventory, and operational KPIs; ability to connect project execution to measurable business outcomes Experience working directly with external suppliers and vendors, including tracking performance against cost, quality, and delivery metrics; able to proactively drive follow-ups and issue resolution Hands-on program execution mindset – not limited to coordination; actively drives data analysis, problem resolution, stakeholder alignment, and execution of improvement actions

Experience - 4 to 8 Years

Helps to prepare project plan and coordinates project activities from planning to implementation. Maintain matrix for process improvements.

Coordinates project schedule and task details and helps to prepare reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling.

Helps to align the progress of resources internal to the business unit to meet project on-time and budget performance objectives.

Tracks projects cost schedule for internal and external customers.

On occasion will interface with external suppliers and monitor and report on the projects progress against quality and cost metrics.

Interfaces with internal customers and reports on progress against project objectives.
