About the Role
Join our Falcon Exposure Management team as we evolve our Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM) capabilities. You'll architect and develop cloud-native solutions that help organizations discover, inventory, and assess their digital attack surface at scale by correlating asset data with comprehensive risk intelligence — including vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and threat indicators. A key part of the platform is building integration frameworks that connect with a wide range of third-party security vendors, cloud providers, and enterprise tools, producing a unified view of organizational risk from disparate data sources across the security ecosystem.
You'll also contribute to AI-native engineering practices on the team — applying LLMs and agentic workflows to improve engineering velocity, code quality, and the team's ability to deliver complex backend work reliably and at pace.

- Understanding of ReAct and related agentic patterns (planning, reflection, tool use) and when each is the right choice
- A clear grasp of the non-deterministic nature of LLM outputs and how to engineer around it: structured outputs, schema validation, retries, self-checks, and graceful fallbacks
- Ability to design policies and guardrails around tool invocations — Experience designing safe and reliable agentic workflows.
- Hands-on use of frontier-model SDKs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar) and AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Copilot, ChatGPT) in daily workflows, with a realistic view of their capabilities and limitations
