Job Description

• Monitor high-traffic, business-critical systems and respond proactively to alerts to maintain optimal uptime and service reliability.
• Use monitoring and observability tools such as InfluxDB, Graylog, Grafana, and PagerDuty for log analysis, metrics review, and incident detection.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Product, and DevOps teams to support deployments, infrastructure improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Deploy patches, releases, and system changes using Jenkins and contribute to maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and enhance automation solutions using Python/Bash and Infrastructure-as-Code(IaC) practices with Terraform/Terragrunt to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and leverage AI/LLM-driven solutions, including AI agents and workflow automation, to optimize monitoring, incident management and operational processes.
• Lead operational initiatives and projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to minimize downtime, improve system resilience, and eliminate repetitive manual tasks through automation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders during incidents and operational activities, while mentoring team members and demonstrating future leadership potential.
• Key Skills:
• 4-7 years of experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Operations, DevOps, SRE.
• Strong experience working in cross-functional environments with Development, QA, Product, and DevOps teams.
• Hands-on expertise with Linux administration and system troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP cloud platforms.
• Good to have Python and/or Bash scripting for automation and operational tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform/Terragrunt and Infrastructure-as-Code(IaC) methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Git.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as PagerDuty, Grafana, InfluxDB, Graylog, or ELK.
• Good understanding of AI/LLM technologies, with exposure to building AI agents, copilots, or workflow automation solutions being highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ownership of production systems, new initiatives or operational projects from conception to delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and mentoring skills, with the potential to grow into a Team Lead role.
