About the Role:

CrowdStrike's Global Legal Team is seeking a Legal Data and Automation Analyst to join our award-winning Legal Operations team in Pune. This role combines technical expertise in AI with product ownership responsibilities, supporting our department's digital transformation strategy through AI-driven automation, workflow improvement, and data-driven insights.

This analyst will serve as both a technical contributor for AI initiatives and data analystics working cross-functionally to build scalable AI solutions, create intelligent data visualizations, and automate legal processes using advanced AI technologies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both technical AI expertise and strategic product thinking to their work.

What You’ll Do:

AI & Product Development:

  • Own the product roadmap for legal AI agents and automation tools, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
  • Design, build, and validate AI agents for legal operations, ensuring accuracy and performance across CrowdStrike's systems
  • Execute agent validation and data quality tests across multiple environments
  • Support Legal's exploration and adoption of Generative AI by identifying use cases, understanding prompt engineering, and evaluating automation opportunities

Data Analytics & Visualization:

  • Design and develop AI-powered dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Run and maintain automated validation scripts and AI-driven dashboards
  • Own and maintain analytics tools, dashboards, and metrics related to legal AI performance and efficiency

Technical Implementation:

  • Use Google Apps Script, JavaScript, and Python to automate manual workflows and build custom AI tools for the Legal team
  • Build intuitive front-end interfaces using HTML/CSS/JavaScript to improve user experiences across internal AI tools
  • Perform data connection checks and assist in resolving AI agent ingestion issues
  • Collaborate across Legal Operations, IT, and other departments to integrate AI applications and connect data sources using APIs

Quality Assurance & Documentation:

  • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for AI agent data integrity concerns
  • Document validation results and maintain operational procedures for AI systems
  • Track and communicate project progress clearly, maintaining a strategic roadmap for AI initiatives
  • Provide succinct weekly progress reports on AI projects and major initiatives

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience in either A I, analytics, automation, or a similar technical role.
  • Experience with BI tools for data preparation and dashboard development and storytelling with data
  • Proficiency in Google Apps Script , JavaScript , HTML , and CSS .
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to translate technical AI solutions into business impact
  • Strong project management skills and product ownership, including documenting progress and maintaining clarity on critical dependencies, timelines, and goals.
  • High attention to detail, client-service mindset, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies, especially in the areas of automation and AI.

Bonus Points:

  • Background in AI & Legal Tech with AI Agent building expertise
  • Experience in legal operations, legal workflow automation, or supporting in-house legal teams
  • Familiarity with R or advanced Python libraries for AI/ML
  • Understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning concepts, or LLM technologies
  • Experience with prompt engineering and generative AI applications
  • Experience in creating curated datasets from different data sources, including platforms such as Snowflake.
