Job Title: Regulatory Data & Analytics, AVP

Location: Jaipur, India

Role Description

  • The Regulatory Data & Analytics AVP will support the delivery of strategic regulatory reporting, data governance and operational resilience initiatives across the Bank. The role sits at the intersection of Business, Technology, Risk and Regulatory Change and is responsible for ensuring regulatory data is accurate, complete, traceable and governed in accordance with internal policies and external regulatory expectations.
  • The successful candidate will help drive the Bank's regulatory data agenda, supporting key programmes including DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), Operational Resilience, Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management, and broader regulatory reporting initiatives.

Your key responsibilities

Regulatory Reporting & Regulatory Change

  • Support delivery of regulatory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Analyse regulatory requirements and translate them into data, reporting and control requirements.
  • Support responses to regulatory requests, examinations and remediation programmes.
  • Assist in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of DORA and Operational Resilience obligations.
  • Contribute to governance packs, executive reporting and regulatory submissions.

Data Governance & Controls

  • Support implementation of data governance frameworks and standards.
  • Define and maintain regulatory data dictionaries, ownership models and data lineage.
  • Monitor data quality, completeness and accuracy across critical regulatory datasets.
  • Support identification, escalation and remediation of data quality issues.

Analytics & Management Information

  • Design and produce KPI, KRI and management reporting dashboards.
  • Perform data analysis to identify emerging risks, trends and control weaknesses.
  • Leverage Power BI, SQL and other analytical tools to create actionable insights.
  • Support senior management decision-making through high-quality analytics and reporting.

Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Management

  • Support data management and regulatory reporting activities relating to outsourcing and ICT third-party providers.
  • Assist with maintenance of regulatory inventories and registers, including DORA Register of Information (RoI) requirements.
  • Produce risk and control reporting relating to third-party arrangements.
  • Support remediation and control enhancement initiatives across the supplier lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Procurement and Operations stakeholders.
  • Facilitate discussions to define requirements and resolve data-related challenges.
  • Present analysis, findings and recommendations to governance forums.
  • Build effective relationships across global teams and functions.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and data management processes.
  • Support implementation of strategic technology and data transformation initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of controls, reporting and governance processes.
  • Promote best practice use of analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Maintain documentation supporting regulatory traceability and audit requirements.

Your skills and experience

Essential

  • Experience within Financial Services, Banking or a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience in one or more of: Regulatory Reporting
  • Data Governance
  • Data Management
  • Risk & Controls
  • Business Analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting DORA implementation or compliance activities.
  • Knowledge of Operational Resilience frameworks.
  • Experience with Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management.
  • Understanding of regulatory expectations around data lineage, data quality and traceability.
  • Experience with SQL, Cloud Data Platforms or Data Warehousing solutions.
  • Experience supporting regulatory audits, reviews or examinations.
  • Knowledge of BCBS239, ECB, PRA, FCA or EBA regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications in Data Management, Risk Management, Project Management or Analytics would be advantageous.
