Deine Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Hiring-Managern geeignete Besetzungsstrategien, erstellst Stellenausschreibungen.
- Du betreibst Active Sourcing über Kanäle wie LinkedIn, Xing und andere Plattformen, um potenzielle Kandidaten zu identifizieren und anzusprechen
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Talent Acquisition Team und den HR Business Partnern unser Bewerbermanagement weiter und optimierst Prozesse.
- Du analysierst und wertest Recruiting-Maßnahmen aus und verbesserst kontinuierlich die Prozesse.
- Du baust Netzwerke auf und pflegst diese und nimmst an Karrieremessen und anderen Recruiting-Events teil.
Dein Profil
- Du hast mind. 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, oder HR in einem stark wachsenden Unternehmensumfeld
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Empathie und ein sehr gutes Gespür für Menschen zeichnen Dich aus
- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Kreativität und ein besonders hohes Maß an Lösungsorientierung
- Ein souveränes und professionelles Auftreten
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Weitere Sprachkenntnisse (Arabisch, Rumänisch, Bulgarisch, Russisch, Polnisch, Spanisch) wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit ATS-Systemen, sowie gute MS Office Kenntnisse
