Deine Kernaufgaben
- Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke, Cloud-Umgebungen, Arbeitsplätze)
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und performanten Systembetriebs
- Weiterentwicklung unseres ISMS in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Informationssicherheitsbeauftragten
- Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und schnelle Behebung von Störungen
- Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und IT-Ressourcen
- Unterstützung bei IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (Backups, Updates, Policies)
- Automatisierung von Prozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams sowie Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen
- Dokumentation von Systemen und Prozessen

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows- und/oder Linux-Systemen
