Für unser R&D Team am Standort Karlsruhe suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40h) als Praktikant im Bereich Data Science (m/w/d).
Du entwickelst ein Modell zur automatischen Auswertung von Ionenchromatographie-Messungen. Du planst, führst durch und wertest Experimente in der quantitativen instrumentellen Analytik aus. Du implementierst das entwickelte Modell in eine Webanwendung zum Management von Labordaten. Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus Data Science und Analytik im R&D-Team zusammen. Du tauscht Dich mit technischen Kolleg:innen über die Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung der Ergebnisse aus. Du dokumentierst Deine Ergebnisse strukturiert und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse bei.
Du studierst Chemieingenieurwesen, Physik, Materialwissenschaften, Chemie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang. Du verfügst über fortgeschrittene Programmierkenntnisse in Python. Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung numerischer Modelle. Du bringst Kenntnisse im Bereich Machine Learning mit. Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der instrumentellen Analytik. Du arbeitest strukturiert und sorgfältig, bist hochmotiviert, kreativ in der Problemlösung und sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch.
