Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Administration und Betreuung unserer IT-Systeme
- Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung von PCs, Notebooks und Endgeräten
- Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei Hard- und Softwarefragen
- (First-Level-Support)
- Installation und Pflege von Betriebssystemen und Standardanwendungen
- Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von Netzwerk-, Drucker- und Telefonsystemen
- Fehleranalyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen
Qualifikation
- Laufendes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Begeisterung für IT, Technik und digitale Lösungen
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der IT sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen
