The Role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Analysis & Problem Resolution

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across servers, networks, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Conduct root cause analysis, assess risks, and implement preventive measures to ensure system stability and performance.
• Evaluate, test, and optimize solutions that align with customer requirements, technical feasibility, and project timelines.

2. Solution Design & Integration

• Design and implement end-to-end infrastructure solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Integrate systems, applications, and platforms to enable seamless operations and business continuity.
• Develop and automate workflows, processes, and operational tasks to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

3. Project Delivery & Documentation

• Lead technical delivery activities from planning through implementation, ensuring quality, reliability, and adherence to timelines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectures, procedures, configurations, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Monitor implementation risks and drive remediation plans to minimize service disruptions.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Customer Engagement

• Collaborate with Architects, Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Communicate technical concepts, recommendations, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering impactful, high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

5. Continuous Improvement & Professional Development

• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and enterprise infrastructure trends.
• Continuously expand expertise across cloud platforms, enterprise systems, automation, and integration technologies.
• Pursue relevant certifications and professional development opportunities to support career growth and technical excellence.

Required skills and experience:

• Deep expertise in Infrastructure Architecture with experience driving modernization, platform engineering, and strategic transformation initiatives across hybrid and enterprise-scale environments.

Strong hands-on expertise in Cisco NX-OS, VMware NSX, and SolarWinds. Advanced Ansible Automation skills, including designing, developing, and implementing scalable infrastructure automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and consistency. Hands-on experience in network infrastructure, virtualization platforms, monitoring solutions, and cloud infrastructure integration. Experience supporting and transforming large-scale enterprise environments, including Gen5 and ECaaS Tower environments. Proven ability to lead complex infrastructure projects, define architecture standards, and deliver secure, resilient, highly available, and scalable solutions. Deep expertise in one or more technology domains, including cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, software development, and data & analytics. Strong Enterprise IT application and infrastructure experience. Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Software Development
• DevOps Engineering
• Systems Administration
• Systems Architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS Public Cloud environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
• Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Minimum 10 years relevant experience
