WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be working within Nike Global Technology’s Marketing, Activity & Converse (MAC) domain, which is accountable for all technology platforms powering Nike’s marketing and Converse business. In this role, you will partner closely with design, engineering, data science, analytics, marketing, and cross-functional business partners to build solid data foundation that power all marketing decisions and targeting capabilities. You will own the product roadmap, translate athlete and business needs into clear product priorities, and drive alignment from discovery through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We seek a versatile Sr Product Manager with a strong generalist mindset and the ability to operate across diverse technology domains. You should have 5- 8 years of Product Management experience, ideally with exposure to data platforms, analytics, BI tools, or enterprise technology, and clearly demonstrate these skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, data science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, make prioritization trade-offs, build business cases, and influence cross-functional partners across product, design, engineering, analytics, and leadership.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs, user insights, and market trends into clear product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Experience using data and research to identify opportunities, measure adoption and engagement, evaluate feature performance, and guide product decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of work in parallel, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and adapt to changing needs, processes, and ambiguity.
  • Crisp communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts, tailor messaging to the audience, and influence senior leaders and business stakeholders through clear product storytelling.
  • Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to evaluate solution options, clarify scope, manage dependencies, and support agile delivery.
  • Deep fluency in modern ML and generative AI – enough to engage substantively with engineers and data scientists on models, evaluation, and data pipelines, and to make sound product trade-offs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and customer discovery skills, with the ability to validate assumptions and turn qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable product decisions.
  • Experience with Agile tools, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
  • Solid grasp on Design Thinking Concepts and Design Leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Sr Product Manager, you will define and deliver product experiences that empower Nike’s teams to make faster, smarter, data-driven decisions and help scale capabilities across the enterprise.

  • Define and drive the product roadmap and strategies aligned with Nike’s enterprise data strategy and fiscal year priorities, in partnership with functional leadership, business, and operations teams.
  • Translate roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including epics and user stories; own and prioritize the backlog.
  • Partner with engineering on design solutions and architectural decisions, advocate technical directions, and evaluate their impact on business functionalities.
  • Work efficiently in an Agile and AI-native environment, validate completed stories with business and program stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve how teams discover data, build reports, and leverage insights.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and product discovery – gather requirements, clarify trade-offs, define acceptance criteria, and represent the product area in cross-functional planning forums.
  • Track product features, performance metrics, adoption, and value delivered; pivot the roadmap direction as needed.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed teams – drive alignment across time zones, coordinate dependencies, and ensure capabilities are launched, measured, and optimized across markets.
  • Influence others through optimism, self-assurance, and fact-based recommendations.
