- About the Role as a Site Reliability Engineer (4-6 Years)
- We are seeking a highly motivated AWS DevOps Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to support and enhance our cloud-based applications and infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for AWS administration, CI/CD pipeline management, Kubernetes and Docker operations, deployment automation, incident management, and driving platform stability and scalability. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery while contributing to continuous improvement and AI-driven initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage software deployments, change requests, and server maintenance activities.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
- Support and optimize AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and containerized applications.
- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodeBuild, CodePipeline, GitHub, and JFrog Artifactory.
- Shift time: Rotational 11.00 AM - 8.00 PM
- About You as a Site Reliability Engineer:
- 4-6 years of experience in AWS Cloud, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Production Support environments.
- Required Skills AWS (S3, Lambda, MQ, Config, Cloud9), Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, GitHub, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodePipeline, JFrog Artifactory, Python Automation, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, DevOps practices, and exposure to AI technologies.
- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience managing application deployments, infrastructure operations, change management, and incident response in production environments.
- Proficient in Python scripting and automation, with experience leveraging AWS services to improve operational efficiency.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and drive service improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Passionate about automation, cloud technologies, DevOps best practices, and AI-driven solutions.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and committed to continuous learning and operational excellence.
- Develop automation solutions using Python, AWS Lambda, and AWS SDKs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for designated platform components and contribute to AI-enabled automation initiatives.
