Job Responsibilities
- Report to the assigned branch every morning for attendance and daily work planning.
- Visit customers in the assigned territory to generate Gold Loan business.
- Acquire new customers through field sales and local market activities.
- Explain Gold Loan products and guide customers through the loan process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the branch team for documentation and loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets. Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, or BFSI Sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
