Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in Kassel suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Personalreferent (m/w/d)“.
Aufgaben
- Sie betreuen Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen personaladministrativen Themen mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
- Sie begleiten den gesamten Employee Life Cycle – vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt – und erstellen Verträge sowie weitere HR-Dokumente
- Darüber hinaus pflegen Sie Personalstammdaten in SAP und sorgen für eine rechtssichere HR-Administration
- Sie beraten zu arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und arbeiten eng mit Führungskräften sowie dem Betriebsrat zusammen
- Zusätzlich wirken Sie an der Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit
Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann (m/w/d), Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen bereits Berufserfahrung als Personalreferent (m/w/d), HR Generalist (m/w/d), HR Specialist (m/w/d) oder Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) mit
- Erforderlich sind praktische Erfahrungen in der Personaladministration sowie idealerweise in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
- Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit SAP und MS Office
- Wichtig sind eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Beratungskompetenz und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen
