Aufgaben:
- Du übernimmst die organisatorische Verantwortung innerhalb eines Projektteams für die Weiterentwicklung und kundenspezifische Anpassung unserer Systeme
- Als technischer Projektleiter arbeitest du eng mit dem Gesamtprojektleiter zusammen und koordinierst die Produktentwicklung
- Von der Projektorganisation bis zur Fertigungsüberführung bzw. Kundenabnahme behältst Du Zeit, Kosten und Qualität stets im Blick
- Für einen strukturierten Projektablauf baust Du die Projektorganisation auf und steuerst das Projektteam zielorientiert
- Arbeitspakete werden von Dir erstellt und in enger Abstimmung mit dem Applikationssegment, der Fertigung, dem Service sowie bei Bedarf mit externen Entwicklungspartnern umgesetzt
- Den Fortschritt und die wesentlichen Kennzahlen des Entwicklungsprojekts bereitest Du für das Management auf und stellst ein transparentes Reporting sicher
Qualifikationen:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Ausbildung bildet die Grundlage für Deine fachliche Expertise
- Du kannst auf nachweisbare Erfolge in der Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten zurückblicken
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Systemprojekte sowie ein gutes Verständnis für deren Zusammenhänge bringst Du mit
- Auch in anspruchsvollen technischen und organisatorischen Umgebungen behältst Du den Überblick und findest souverän passende Lösungen
- Im Projektteam trittst Du sicher und verbindlich auf, kommunizierst klar und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung in der Führung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen Dir eine sichere Kommunikation – auch in einem internationalen Umfeld
