Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pega Technical Lead with expertise in Pega Platform, Cloud Migration, and Enterprise Application Modernization. The role involves leading design, development, and migration of enterprise Pega applications to cloud environments while ensuring scalability, security, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega applications and cloud migration programs.
• Design scalable Pega solutions and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Mentor Pega developers, SSAs, and CSSAs.
• Drive application modernization, cloud migration, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Develop and review integrations using REST, SOAP, Kafka, and APIs.
• Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails, security standards, and coding best practices.
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps teams for deployment and operational excellence.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Pega development.
• Experience leading enterprise Pega implementations and cloud migration initiatives.

Certifications

• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) - Mandatory
• AWS/Azure Cloud Certification (Preferred)

Preferred Experience

• Pega Cloud migrations
• Large-scale digital transformation programs
• Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom domains
• Agile/Scrum delivery environments
