Job Description
Job Summary:
- Customer interface for quality issues from media.
- Proactively feedback and participate with Substrate team for any potential quality issue in early stage.
- Accountable for part containment, disposition management and RTV arrangement (parts at media side).
- Media product performance monitoring / analysis
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Media quality support on any initial feedback (triggering/Working Issue)
- Data traceability
- Review Substrate Quality Performance in Media (daily/weekly)
- Consolidate and review RoHs compliance & reporting
- Substrate NPP aging monitoring at Media inventories
- Maintaining quality data tracking such as RTV, return sample’s etc.
This position is part of our Early Career program at WD. Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing the foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum
REQUIRED:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent experience
SKILLS
- Knowledge in statistical & Analytical Skill (6sigma, Minitab, 8D problem Solving etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
