Aufgaben
Im Rahmen der Umstellung auf Office 365 unterstützen wir die Migration und Neugestaltung unserer Word-basierten Leistungstexte. Dabei übernimmst Du die sorgfältige Übertragung von rund 500 bestehenden Textbausteinen in neue Word-Vorlagen und unterstützt bei der Pflege und Strukturierung der Inhalte.
Die Tätigkeit ist fachlich gut erlernbar, erfordert jedoch ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office.
Standort: Langenhagen | Befristet für 4-6 Wochen | 15-20 Stunden pro Woche
Qualifikation
- Laufendes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Word
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen und digitalen Prozessen
- Wünschenswert sind erste Kenntnisse in Word Add-Ins, XML oder VBA
