Aufgaben
- Post-Production und Video Cutting für unsere D2C-Kunden
- Erstellung von Statics für Meta Ads
- Entwicklung neuer Hooks und Creative-Varianten
- Auswertung der Creative-Performance direkt im Ad Account
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Creative-Bereichs
- Einsatz von KI-Tools im Creative-Workflow (z. B. Magnific)
- Stetig weiterbilden im Videoschnitt, Trends erkennen und eigene Trends kreiren
Qualifikation
- 1A-Background im Video Cutting und in der Post-Production
- Echtes Auge dafür, was eine gute Ad ausmacht – und was nicht
- Erfahrung mit KI-Tools im Workflow oder hohe Bereitschaft, sie zu nutzen
- Interesse an Performance Marketing: Du willst wissen, was deine Creatives am Ende bringen
- Anspruch, Ergebnisse zu liefern und dich stetig weiterzuentwickeln
- Lebenslauf, Studium oder Titel auf dem Papier sind uns egal – dein Auge und dein Output zählen
