- Fachgerechte Instandsetzung von Karosserieschäden an Fahrzeugen,
- Gute Fachkenntnisse für Schweiß- und Blecharbeiten,
- Austausch sowie Reparatur von Fahrzeugteilen nach Unfällen
- Durchführen von Glasreparaturen an Fahrzeugen
- Qualitätskontrolle der durchgeführten Arbeiten, dass die Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lackierer Partnerbetrieb, für die korrekte Vorbereitung der Lackierung
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Karosseriebautechniker:in oder Spengler:in
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Karosserieinstandsetzung sowie in der Glasreparatur
- Sicherer Umgang mit Werkzeugen und sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Reparaturtechniken
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitativ hochwertige Arbeitsweise
- Teamgeist, hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
