Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money.

Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.

For everyone, everywhere.

More about our mission and what we offer.

At Wise, we're on a mission to empower users to make smarter, more transparent financial decisions. We operate as a collective of autonomous teams, trusting and empowering everyone to take ownership and execute on the things that drive the greatest impact for our users.

The landscape of search is rapidly evolving, driven by generative AI, sophisticated machine learning, and a shift toward in-app discovery. We're looking for a highly strategic, data-driven Paid Search Manager who not only masters traditional search platforms but actively embraces this evolution. You understand that excellent search marketing is about more than just keywords—it's about predicting user intent, leveraging AI-powered insights, and delivering the most relevant experience to our global customer base.

You will own and shape our search strategy, integrating modern AI capabilities, maximising efficiency across all platforms, and empowering the wider team by sharing advanced insights and fostering a culture of shared learning.

Search Strategy & Execution

  • Drive Customer Acquisition Strategies: You will design and execute dynamic search campaigns that drive high-volume consumer growth.
  • Lead Multi-Platform Performance: Strategically set up, optimise, analyse, and report on large-scale Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Apple Ads accounts. You'll manage campaigns across multiple markets and languages, with an eye toward expanding into new, emerging search and discovery channels.
  • AI & Automation Mastery: Fully utilise and implement cutting-edge automation and AI solutions within our search accounts (e.g., PMax, AI Max, AI-powered bidding strategies) to maximise operational efficiencies. You'll proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovative practices.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Own the end-to-end A/B testing process across ad copy, extensions, and landing pages to constantly improve campaign efficiency and conversion rates, translating user insights into tangible campaign improvements.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain, enhance, and evolve reporting dashboards. You will lead the proactive identification of tactical and strategic optimisation opportunities, accurately forecasting their impact and translating this into robust campaign delivery plans for customer acquisition growth targets.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaboration & Team Empowerment: Act as a key strategic partner and subject matter expert within the team. You will focus on empowering your colleagues by sharing advanced learnings, fostering collaborative problem-solving, and helping to establish strong communication and best-practice processes that elevate the entire team.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead high-impact, cross-channel initiatives and projects - working closely with SEO, Product, Analyst and Paid Marketing teams - to drive holistic user growth and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Have 4+ years of experience running large, direct response search campaigns for a fast-growing business or agency, ideally with a proven track record of scaling across global markets.
  • Are actively engaged with the latest developments in Generative AI for Search and excited by the challenge of integrating these technologies into a high-performing marketing function.
  • Are a customer-first advocate who believes the core purpose of search marketing is understanding and helping the end user achieve their goals transparently.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of modern tracking, attribution (e.g., server-side), and measurement frameworks.
  • Have advanced experience with bid management, automation tools, and a strong history of implementing or amending Google/Microsoft Ads Scripts (or equivalent API solutions).
  • Are a proactive, data-driven leader able to prioritise projects based on forecasted impact with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Understand the strategic fit of SEM within the broader user journey and its symbiotic relationship with channels like Paid Social, Affiliates, and SEO.

No visa sponsorship on offer.

Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office.

For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders  — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive.

We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences.

Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
