<p><strong>Senior Category Manager, Home (EU Country)</strong></p>

<p><span class="gmail-fabric-text-color-mark">We are seeking a<strong>&nbsp;Senior Category Manager, Home EU</strong><em>&nbsp;</em>to join our growing team. T</span>his role owns the end-to-end product strategy for designated Home categories, with full accountability for assortment, launches, revenue, margins, and long-term category growth.&nbsp;<span class="gmail-fabric-text-color-mark">In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling Quince’s value proposition in the EU by building a compelling, high-quality assortment that delights customers while delivering strong business results.</span></p>

<p><strong><span class="gmail-fabric-text-color-mark">Responsibilities</span></strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Own all end-to-end product strategy and assortment for designated Home categories in the EU, including category strategy, assortment, launches, and performance.</li>

<li>Category-expert, sets long-term strategy with support; may build department from the ground up, with oversight.</li>

<li>Partner with Marketing to develop and lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for these categories in the EU&nbsp;</li>

<li>Partner with Supply Chain and Sourcing to maximize margin for category in the EU</li>

<li>Analyze data to drive decision-making, including sales velocity, margin, return rate, etc.</li>

<li>Collaborate with key cross-functional partners, particularly Design, Creative, Planning, and Marketing, to ensure we are developing products that meet our brand/style requirements, we are maintaining in-stock position, and are driving traffic to key products.</li>

<li>Leveraging data for ratings, reviews, and return rates, participate and spearhead quality improvements for any products in assortment with improvement opportunities.</li>

<li>Assist in onboarding additional best-in-class vendors to the Quince model to expand source base.</li>

<li>Continuously identify whitespace in the assortment and refine product roadmap based on new information and learnings.</li>

<li>Build site merchandising strategy, including PDP improvements roadmap and top nav and filter optimizations.</li>

<li>8-10 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in home categories, with demonstrated ownership of category performance.&nbsp;</li>

<li>E-commerce experience and/or DTC experience preferred</li>

<li>Proven track record of progressing within an organization and demonstrating continuous growth in roles and responsibilities</li>

<li>Product obsessed with experience in leveraging data tools and external sources</li>

<li>Critical eye to anticipate customer needs (both the “science” and “art” of retail merchandising)</li>

<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with a demonstrated ability for building scalable processes and driving cross-functional alignment</li>

<li>Continuous learner and highly curious; always open to considering new perspectives; proactive when changing course and facing added challenges</li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li>

<li>Motivated by working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, where flexibility to stretch into or out of functional comfort zones is crucial for team success</li>

<li>Bachelor’s Degree, preferred</li>

<li>Role is based in one of our UK/EU (London, Madrid, or Berlin) offices, with 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) in office requirement.</li>
