We’re looking for a Senior Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders to join our LATAM MEA expansion product team to help drive data-driven decisions that would support building and scaling our Wise products across markets in LATAM & MEA.

How you’ll contribute:

• Drive KPI Performance: You’ll partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to develop KPIs for our expansion markets and monitor the impact of new product features on them.
• Identify and action opportunities to enhance the team's key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and own strategies to continuously improve team metrics.

• Analytical Leadership in Product Launches: Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches within the team.
• Conduct analysis including forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support new product rollouts.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights.
• Build and present compelling data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team.
• You’ll make contributions to the wider product goals of the company to achieve our Mission: Money without borders

• Development of Data Assets: Construct and maintain valuable data assets to aid the team in diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts.
• Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively utilised by the team to enhance product and customer insights.

• Get amazing exposure to the full breadth and depth of our product while working with a group of multi disciplinary teams of amazing, smart and dedicated product analysts, engineers, product managers, researchers, designers and many more
• The freedom to have real impact – The opportunities you’ll identify are key to Wise reaching future millions of customers and redefining how payments work internationally at scale

About You:

• Strong analytical mind and product intuition, centered around the banking and financial industry. 
• Technical skill-set in Python, advanced SQL, BI tools
• Experience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, analysts) 
• Relevant experience in a data driven and complex environment with limited guidance
• Understanding of events data - Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate data into compelling narratives
• Hustler-mentality. You can take work beyond the analysis and get things done.

Good to have:

• Experience in Fintech domain 
• Knowledge of utilities like Airflow/Github/DBT
• Experience with user-facing products and data
