Main tasks
- Design structured, repeatable wear-testing methodologies based on product requirements and industry standards;
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations for design, material selection, and engineering teams;
- Bridges the gap between R&D and end-users by evaluating the durability, fit, and performance of products in real-world scenarios;
- Build and manage a profile of target consumers/testers to gather diverse demographic and usage data;
- Analyze qualitative tester feedback alongside quantitative data (e.g., sensor data, physical wear patterns) to identify errors; and
- Support the project of the Evaluation Center Wear accreditation
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Biomechanics, or a closely related field
- 5 years in quality assurance, product development, or field-testing (preferred)
- Proficiency in data collection and statistical analysis software
- Solid computer skills and Office tools
- Project management skills
- Self-organization and ability to work with autonomy
- Strong communication and interaction skills
- Strong team player within intercultural and international environment
- Proactive problem-solving mind-set and willingness to learn
- Committed and self-driven
- Intercultural competency along with clear and open communication abilities that support the growth of diversity
- Portuguese language skills written and spoken (mandatory)
- English language skills written and spoken (mandatory)
- Availability for travelling
