You hold a completed degree (preferably a Master’s) with a focus on AI or IT, ideally with initial professional experience in AI software development Senior level: You bring several years of professional experience and proven project success in AI software development You have solid knowledge of Python and at least one additional programming language (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Java) Senior level: You possess deep expertise and extensive hands-on experience with these technologies You have practical experience in integrating and using generative AI technologies as well as frameworks such as LangChain Senior level: You have profound expertise and the ability to establish and enforce best practices. You have experience working with AI-ready database systems (relational databases, vector databases, and graph databases) Senior level: You bring extensive experience in complex integration projects You have experience in cloud-native development and DevOps practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub) Senior level: You take architectural responsibility and bring relevant practical experience. You have knowledge of API design and full-stack software development Senior level: You have experience leading and being accountable for development projects You are passionate about customer-centric application development and innovative technologies Senior level: You actively drive innovation and lead teams You are a team player, a strong communicator, and work independently in a structured manner Senior level: You act as a solution-oriented point of contact and support other developers You have very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
