You will advise our clients on the further development of their cybersecurity, risk, and compliance frameworks and support them in sustainably embedding security and governance requirements within their organizations You will assist clients in implementing regulatory requirements such as NIS2, DORA,eIDAS2.0, and other European regulations, and guide their integration into existing processes and organizational structures You will analyze existing IT, security, and governance structures, assess cyber and IT risks, and use these findings to develop concrete recommendations for action and implementation roadmaps You will develop concepts and target frameworks for governance, risk, and control structures, as well as subject-specific topics such as Identity & Access Management (IAM) and vulnerability management, and support their implementation You will plan, manage, and coordinate work packages within IT and cybersecurity projects, working closely with business units, IT, information security, and compliance functions You will design and structure assessments and support clients in decision-making and prioritizing measures, for example by conducting workshops or interviews You prepare analysis results, management documents, and presentations tailored to the target audience and communicate complex issues clearly to various stakeholders You monitor technological, regulatory, and market-related developments in the field of cybersecurity and contribute fresh ideas to client projects and the further development of our consulting portfolio (e.g.,in the area of digital identities)
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with good tovery goodgrades in (Business) Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field You have some relevant professional experience (internships or work-study positions) for the role of Consultant, ideally in consulting or a strategy-focused environment You have some practical experience or a strong interest in cybersecurity, digital identities, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and regulatory issues, and ideally have gained exposure to one or more of the following areas: cybersecurity, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), vulnerability management, IAM, or digital identities You have gained experience in projects andpossessa fundamental understanding of project management, project oversight, and collaboration with various stakeholders You have a solid technical foundation, are comfortable with technical concepts, and enjoy working at the intersection of technology, business, and management You communicate in a manner tailored to your audience and usestate-of-the-arttechnologies and applications tofacilitateworkshops and to prepare and present content and results in a compelling way You are known for your initiative, willingness to learn, team spirit, and strong customer focus; you enjoy taking on responsibility and are committed to achieving sustainable results together with customers and colleagues You are willing to travel You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 in both languages)
