Senior Consultant Digital & AI Strategy - Pharma & Healthcare (m/f/d)

You lead digital strategy and transformation workstreams for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, develop practical strategies, and support implementation to achieve measurable business outcomes. You structure complex strategic issues, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses, and turn findings into clear recommendations for senior management. You lead analyses and develop Go-to-Market and commercial transformation strategies, including customer segmentation, commercial models, channel strategies, sales force effectiveness, pricing, customer experience, and operating models. You support clients in developing and implementing AI strategies, including opportunity assessments, use-case prioritization, target operating models, governance, capability building, and transformation roadmaps. You contribute to large-scale digital transformation programs, translating strategic ambition into implementation across business, organization, processes, technology, and data. You manage project workstreams and junior team members and coordinate with internal experts across strategy, technology, data, AI, and implementation. You facilitate client workshops and management discussions and clearly communicate recommendations, trade-offs, and decisions. You contribute to business development, proposals, and client relationships, identifying opportunities for follow-on work and new engagements. You help strengthen our expertise and thought leadership in AI transformation, commercial transformation, Go-to-Market, and pharma and healthcare strategy.

You hold an excellent university degree in business administration, economics, strategy, computer science, or a related field; amaster’s degree or MBA is a plus. You have 2–4 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, corporate strategy, commercial strategy, AI strategy, or a related field, and experience turning strategic recommendations into concrete transformation initiatives. You understand digital technologies and AI and their impact on business models, operating models, and commercial organizations. You think analytically and conceptually, solve problems in a structured way, and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders. You ideally have strong experience in Go-to-Market, commercial model transformation, Commercial Excellence, sales and marketing transformation, or customer strategy. You ideally have experience in pharma, healthcare, or life sciences; experience in other regulated industries is also a plus. You have very good PowerPoint and Excel skills. You have excellent communication and presentation skills and are confident interacting with clients. You are entrepreneurial, self-driven, and enjoy working in a fast-paced consulting environment. You are fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
