Deine Aufgaben
- Rechtliche Beratung & Support: Erste Anlaufstelle für das operative Tagesgeschäft (Handels-, Gesellschafts-, E-Commerce-Recht und Compliance) in DE & AT
- Vertragsmanagement: Entwurf, Prüfung und Verhandlung kommerzieller Verträge.
- Projektleitung: End-to-End-Steuerung von Rechtsprojekten und Begleitung strategischer Themen (z. B. M&A oder Corporate Governance)
- Risikomanagement: Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Risiken und Aufzeigen pragmatischer, geschäftsfreundlicher Lösungen
- Schnittstelle: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (Finanzen, Operations, HR) und Steuerung externer Kanzleien
Das bringst du mit:
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Jurastudium (Anwaltszulassung bevorzugt)
- Erfahrung: 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise aus Kanzlei und Inhouse-Bereich
- Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Handels-/Vertragsrecht sowie tiefes Verständnis des deutschen und österreichischen Rechts
- Arbeitsweise: Proaktiv, strukturiert und stark darin, neue Dinge aufzubauen und eigenständig Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Mindset: Teamplayer mit hoher Affinität zu KI, Legal Tech und modernen Tools.
- Sprachen: Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
