Dabei erhältst du tiefe Einblicke in den Bereich Mergers & Acquisitions und lernst die vielfältigen Facetten von Transaktionsprozessen und Investitionsentscheidungen im Energiesektor kennen.
Der Starttermin ist idealerweise zum 01.11.2026 vorgesehen.
Mitarbeit an Transaktionsprojekten im Bereich Batteriespeicher (BESS) – von der Anbahnung bis zum Abschluss Erstellung und Pflege von Finanzmodellen zur Bewertung von BESS-Projekten Identifikation und Analyse neuer Investitionsmöglichkeiten in einem dynamischen Marktumfeld Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen für Management und Gremien Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Dealflow-Datenbank
Eingeschriebene:r Student:in im wirtschaftlichen, technischen oder energiewirtschaftlichen Bereich (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Energie-/Umwelttechnik o. Ä.) Erste praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen M&A, Corporate Finance, Consulting oder Projektentwicklung Interesse an Erneuerbaren Energien und/oder technischen Themen Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)
