In unserem Team HR & Culture übernimmst du Verantwortung, gestaltest aktiv mit und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte in verschiedenen personalbezogenen Fragestellungen.

Aufgaben
- Vorbereitende Entgeltabrechnung: Erfassung und Prüfung abrechnungsrelevanter Daten (Zu- und Abschläge, Sonderzahlungen, Reisekosten) zur Übergabe an den externen AbrechnungsdienstleisterPflege und Verwaltung von
- Vertragsmanagement: Du erstellst und verwaltest eigenständig Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnisse und weitere HR-Dokumente.
- HR-Datenmanagement: Du pflegst Personalstammdaten in Workday und sorgst dafür, dass alle Daten vollständig, aktuell und korrekt sind.
- Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen
- Korrespondenz mit Behörden, Sozialversicherungsträgern und Krankenkassen
- Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Auswertungen und HR-Reports aus Workday
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-ProzessenMitarbeit bei HR-Projekten (z. B. Systemweiterentwicklung in Workday, Richtlinien)
- Du stehst Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden als kompetente Ansprechperson in allen personalrelevanten Fragen zur Seite.
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Personalwesen (z. B. Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)Erfahrung in der vorbereitenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit Workday oder vergleichbaren HR-Systemen
- Diskretion, Genauigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke – du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich erklären
