Idealerweise hast Du bereits Nachhaltigkeitsberichte betreut Du begleitest redaktionelle Projekte – von der Konzeption bis zur Veröffentlichung – und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams sowie externen Autor*innen. Du redigierst Inhalte, sicherst unsere Qualitätsstandards und entwickelst redaktionelle Prozesse weiter. Du nutzt moderne KI-Tools verantwortungsvoll und gezielt für Recherche, Ideenentwicklung und Content-Erstellung.
Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Journalismus, Publizistik, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Corporate Publishing, Journalismus, Content Marketing oder einer Kommunikationsagentur. Du denkst Inhalte strategisch, entwickelst überzeugende Konzepte und berätst Kunden sicher bei deren Entwicklung und Umsetzung. Du schreibst stilsicher und fühlst dich in unterschiedlichen journalistischen und digitalen Formaten zu Hause. Du arbeitest strukturiert, übernimmst Verantwortung für Projekte und überzeugst durch deine Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke.
