Alternatives NAV

  • Learn the end‑to‑end Alternatives NAV production process through hands‑on participation in BAU activities
  • Perform basic accounting and operational tasks following documented procedures
  • Prepare and post journal entries under guidance
  • Perform reconciliations and identify differences for escalation
  • Learn and gain exposure to multiple accounting and servicing systems used in Alternatives NAV
  • Learn different alternative investment products, including private equity, private credit, and real estate
  • Learn different capital structures, including LP/GP models, commitments, capital calls, distributions, and lifecycle events
  • Learn different operational and accounting processes across funds, structures, and client requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support BAU deliverables

ALPHA ​ Portfolio Services

  • Alpha Portfolio Services is expanding to support clients on our Front-to-Back Investment Platform - Alpha. We offer a wide range of opportunities for motivated individuals across Front Office Support, Front Office Data Control, Portfolio Health, Cash Services, Account Services, and Service Delivery Management. These growing functions provide strong pathways for career development and progression.
  • We are building a highly skilled team of Alpha professionals responsible for supporting day-to-day client operations and driving successful implementations for new clients.

Global Billing Operations

  • State Street has established a Global Billing Function under Controllership, which is responsible for client billing set up and invoicing across all business lines and geographies globally at State Street.
  • Organizationally, it combines all groups performing these activities globally, and also includes centers residing in State Street Shared Service locations in Poland, India and China.
  • Billing Organization owns aspects of business-as-usual activities within billing areas and also drives process improvements and automation.

Financial Reporting

  • The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Delivery (SSGD). SSGD gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGD’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.
  • The purpose of the job is to provide end-to-end support to investment company clients for timely completion of preparation of financial statements, portfolio schedules and associated mandatory reporting’s within stringent deadlines for audit / review and successful submission to the regulators.

Income Processing:

  • This team will support and assist Client Operations and other operational Shared Service teams/ Center of Excellence (COE’s) by monitoring and processing custody, accounting, middle office related events to the fund’s records accurately and timely. Ensure prompt follow up on exception situations and facilitate timely problem resolution to mitigate risk to the corporation and deliver excellent service to clients and people management.
  • They Deal with end to end processing of events across custody, accounting, middle office and claims services for our clients.
  • This involves processing of many financial activities which will help other team to derive at NAV to the client, As part of Income COE you will be required to contribute towards development of Process, people and Improve Risk standards for the team.

R econciliation

  • This team collaborate with State Street teams worldwide to lead the Reconciliation group supporting State Street reconciliation of ABOR / IBOR to Custody .
  • Delivering all daily activities of the Reconciliation management team within a dynamic and challenging environment. The role requires initiating and fostering effective communication and professional relationships with business operations and IT teams to uphold the high standards of service provided to our clients.
