Für unseren Mandanten, ein etabliertes Unternehmen in einer krisensicheren Branche, suchen wir am Standort Merzig einen Mitarbeiter IT-Support / Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
Sie erwartet eine vielseitige Position im First und Second Level Support mit Schwerpunkt auf Microsoft 365, Windows, Benutzerverwaltung und moderner Cloud-Infrastruktur. Neben dem laufenden IT-Support wirken Sie auch bei der Weiterentwicklung der internen Systemlandschaft und bei Digitalisierungsprojekten mit.
Aufgaben
- Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen im First und Second Level Support
- Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
- Einrichtung von PCs, Notebooks, Mobilgeräten und Arbeitsplätzen, inklusive Rollouts und Wartungen
- Verwaltung von Benutzern, Gruppen, Berechtigungen und Zugriffsrechten
- Betreuung von Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint und Intune
- Unterstützung der Anwender bei Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Mitarbeit bei IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen und technischen Lösungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern bei komplexeren Fragestellungen
Qualifikation
- Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation
- Alternativ Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in der Systemadministration.
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows und Microsoft 365
- Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerken, IT-Sicherheit und Benutzerverwaltung
- Kenntnisse in Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint oder in einem ERP-System wie Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Anwendern
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
