- Entwicklung von Farb-, Material- und Oberflächenkonzepten für Interieur und Exterieur von Stadt-, Überland- und Reisebussen sowie deren Umsetzung bis zur Serienreife.
- Projektverantwortung
- Enge Abstimmung mit Designleitung, R&D, Product Management, Sales und Lieferanten sowie Präsentationen, Dokumentation, Budget- und Terminplanung
- Schwerpunkte: Trend- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Material- und Farbentwicklung, Moodboards, Mockups, Urmusterprozesse, Color Matching, nachhaltige Materialinnovationen und strukturierte Ergebnisdokumentation
Qualifikation
- Designstudium
- mindestens zehn Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Color & Trim Design
- hohe gestalterische und technische Kompetenz
- strategisches Denken
- sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Türkischkenntnisse wünschenswert
