Der Product Owner E-Commerce/Shopsysteme verantwortet die fachliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Shop-Plattformen. Ziel ist es, stabile, nutzerfreundliche und wirtschaftlich erfolgreiche Shopsysteme bereitzustellen, die unsere digitalen Vertriebs- und Kundenprozesse optimal unterstützen.
Die Rolle bildet die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Business, IT, Entwicklungsteams und externen Dienstleistern.
Aufgaben
- HauptaufgabenVerantwortung für Produktvision, Roadmap und Backlog der Shopsysteme
- Aufnahme, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen
- Erstellung von Epics, User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
- Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktmanagement und IT
- Fachliche Begleitung von Sprints, Releases, Tests und Abnahmen
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Entwicklungspartner
- Optimierung der Customer Journey, Usability, Conversion und Performance
- Sicherstellung stabiler Schnittstellen zu ERP, PIM, CRM, Payment und Analytics
- Transparente Kommunikation von Prioritäten, Fortschritt und Risiken
Qualifikation
- Muss-AnforderungenMehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Product Manager oder Business Analyst im E-Commerce-Umfeld
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Shopsystemen und digitalen Vertriebsprozessen
- Erfahrung im agilen Anforderungs- und Backlog-Management
- Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in umsetzbare User Stories zu überführen
- Gutes technisches Verständnis für Schnittstellen und Systemlandschaften
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
- Kommunikationsstärke, Priorisierungsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Engagierte Zusammenarbeit mit UI/UX-Design, Marketing, Vertrieb, IT-Architektur sowie externen Partnern, inklusive Überwachung und Analyse relevanter KPIs zur Bewertung von Features und Releases, unter Berücksichtigung von Sicherheits-, Datenschutz- und Performance-Vorgaben.

Persönliches Profil
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion im E-Commerce-Umfeld und Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung digitaler Projekte.
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium, im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, E-Commerce oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet, das Deine akademische Exzellenz unterstreicht
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in einem oder verschiedenen gängigen Standard Shopsysteme idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit der Anbindung an SAP als ERP System
- Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, SAFe) und Tools wie Jira und Confluence.
- Ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Geschäftsmodelle, hohe Serviceorientierung, und Neugier für neue Webtechnologien, sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, starkes Stakeholder-Management
