In dieser Rolle übernimmst du eine zentrale Funktion im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung einer modernen IT-Sicherheitsstrategie mit Fokus auf Incident Response und Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass sensible Unternehmensdaten effektiv geschützt werden. Neben der operativen Arbeit im SIEM gestaltest du Security-Prozesse aktiv mit. Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Position mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum in einem sicherheitskritischen Umfeld.
Aufgaben
- Überwachung und Bearbeitung von Sicherheitsvorfällen im SIEM sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Alarm- und Erkennungslogik
- Konzeption, Implementierung und Betrieb von DLP-Lösungen zur Absicherung sensibler Daten
- Beratung interner Fachbereiche bei IT-Projekten mit Schwerpunkt auf Security-Anforderungen
- Identifikation schützenswerter Informationen sowie Definition geeigneter Maßnahmen zu deren Absicherung
- Weiterentwicklung des Security Monitorings zur frühzeitigen Erkennung neuer Bedrohungen
- Pflege und Optimierung von Regelwerken im SIEM- und DLP-Umfeld
- Durchführung von Audits und Erstellung von Reports zur Bewertung der Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
- Planung und Steuerung von IT-Sicherheitsprojekten
- Unterstützung bei Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen und Schulungen rund um das Thema Informationssicherheit
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Fachinformatiker mit entsprechender Erfahrung)
- Mehrjährige Praxis in IT-Security, insbesondere in Incident Response und idealerweise Penetration Testing
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-, Linux- und Netzwerkumgebungen
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Engagement und Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
