Aufgaben
- Umsetzung der planerischen Aufgaben für zugewiesene Projekte im definierten Planungsumfang sowie Verantwortlichkeiten als Projektleiter der Disziplin Fördertechnik/Vertical Transportation für alle Leistungsphasen einer Gebäudeplanung (z.B. HOAI, RIBA, AIA)
- Anwendung planungstechnischer tools wie Elevate, AutoCAD und Lift Designer
- Erarbeitung von technischen Spezifikationen für nicht-standardisierte Anlagen sowie Planung von Sonderanlagen
- Projektkommunikation und -dokumentation auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Technische Schnittstelle zu anderen Gewerken, Architekturbüros, Projektentwicklerinnen/ -entwicklern und herstellenden Unternehmen
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von internen Standards und Tools zur Optimierung des Planungsprozesses
- Qualitätsprüfung und -sicherung der Arbeit des gesamten Teams
- Unterstützung der Tätigkeiten des Vorgesetzten wie z.B. Projektplanung, Angebotserstellung, Ressourcenplanung etc.
- Aktivitäten zur Erweiterung des Serviceangebots und Kunden- , sowie Projektaquise
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Bauwesen oder gleichwertige Ausbildung) oder Techniker
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Aufzugsindustrie oder Fachplanung Fördertechnik sowie vorzugsweise Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse mit Elevate, AutoCAD und Lift Designer
- Ausreichende Kenntnisse zu Planungsphasen, Aufzugsvorschriften und lokalen Bauvorschriften in Europa und Middle-East
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft und hohe Motivation an internationaler Projektarbeit
