Marketing & Content (m/w/d): Founder's Right Hand, Pflichtpraktikum München

HACOY is a slow luxury brand from Munich, founded in 2021. Designed in Rome, made only in Italy and Lithuania. Shown in Paris, popped up in Barcelona, at home in our showroom at Maistraße 21.

We are looking for the founder's right hand: someone who works with AI every day, makes our content and finishes the marketing that never gets done. Paid mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum), Munich, hybrid, starting now. And we are looking further than that: someone to grow with the founder and become HACOY's first full time employee.

Tasks

You work directly with the founder and see how a brand really runs, from the first customer message in the morning to the campaign that goes out at night.

• AI first. You use AI for drafting, planning, research, content ideas and small tools. It is how we work, and you push it further.
• Content. Photos, video and texts for the shop, the newsletter and the website. You make things, not slide decks.
• Marketing. You run the campaigns and the newsletter, and you finish the small things that never get done.
• Right hand. You take the work off my desk that should not be there. Mails, suppliers, follow ups, appointments.
• You get one area of your own and run it end to end. And you challenge my ideas. That is expected.

Mostly in the showroom, around two days a week from home.

Requirements

• You use AI every day, or badly want to. Tools change, curiosity does not.
• You make content quickly. Photo, video, text, in whatever tool you are fastest in.
• You write well in English and German.
• Entrepreneurial: you want things finished, not discussed.
• A feeling for aesthetics, quality and people.
• Admin is part of this job. We say that out loud, and you are fine with it.
• Your study regulations require this internship, and you can prove it. Without that, ask us about our working student role.
