Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator (m/w/d)“.
Aufgaben
- Als Systemadministrator (m/w/d) betreuen Sie Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online und entwickeln CRM-Funktionen, Workflows und Reports bedarfsgerecht weiter
- Sie überwachen Schnittstellen zu E-Mail, Telefonie und Web-Anwendungen und beheben Störungen gemeinsam mit internen und externen IT-Partnern
- Darüber hinaus integrieren Sie neue Anwenderbereiche und unterstützen bei der Automatisierung von Prozessen mit der Microsoft Power Platform
- Sie koordinieren externe Dienstleister und stellen Datenschutz- sowie DSGVO-Anforderungen innerhalb des CRM-Systems sicher
- Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie Support, Test- und Fehlermanagement und halten die technische Systemdokumentation aktuell
Qualifikationen
- Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d), Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung (m/w/d) oder über ein Studium der Informatik bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung als Dynamics 365 Administrator (m/w/d), CRM Administrator (m/w/d), IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) oder Dynamics 365 Consultant (m/w/d) mit
- Erforderlich sind fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 sowie Erfahrung mit CRM-Workflows, Systembetrieb und IT-Service-Management
- Zusätzlich bringen Sie Kenntnisse der Microsoft Power Platform sowie idealerweise Azure, Entra ID und relevanter Schnittstellentechnologien mit
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung im Medienumfeld mit sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
