Deine Aufgaben
- neue Anforderungen aus Kundengesprächen schnell in Prototypen und produktionsreife Lösungen übersetzen
- unsere bestehende KI-Pipeline verbessern, stabilisieren und erweitern
- technische Demos, Piloten, Integrationen und Rollouts mit umsetzen
- interne Tools und Workflows bauen, die Produkt, GTM und Operations schneller machen
- Qualität, Reliability, Security und Skalierbarkeit schrittweise verbessern
Qualifikation
Dein Profil
- starker Builder mit Software-Engineering-Fundament
- Full Stack, sicher in Python, APIs, Backend, Datenpipelines und Frontend
- Erfahrung mit AI-Workflows und LLMs
- Großes Interesse am Gesundheitswesen. Pluspunkte für Medizininformatik-Spezialisierung oder Vergleichbares
- gutes Produktgefühl und Lust auf unklare, reale Probleme statt enger Tickets
- kommunikationsstark und gerne nah an Kunden, Piloten und Rollouts
- Deutsch auf C2-Niveau
- Standort München bevorzugt
